MANAGEMENT OF CIVILIAN MANPOWER

Summary. This regulation provides policy on management and execution of civilian labor
within TRADOC.
Applicability. This regulation applies to all elements of TRADOC.
Supplementation. Supplementation of this regulation is prohibited unless specifically approved
by Commander, TRADOC (ATRM-FA), 5 North Gate Road, Fort Monroe, VA 23651-1048.
Suggested improvements. The proponent of this regulation is the Deputy Chief of Staff for
Resource Management (DCSRM). Send comments and suggested improvements on DA Form
2028 (Recommended Changes to Publications and Blank Forms) through channels to
Commander, TRADOC (ATRM-FA), 5 North Gate Road, Fort Monroe, VA 23651-1048.
