1. REISSUANCE AND PURPOSE
This Directive:
1.1. Reissues reference (a) to update policy and responsibilities for the
management and operation of specific DoD test and evaluation (T&E) activities
(enclosure 2) (hereafter collectively referred to as the MRTFB), and realigns
responsibilities for the MRTFB in accordance with reference (b).
1.2. Continues to authorize publication of DoD 3200.11-D (reference (c)),
consistent with DoD 5025.1-M (reference (d)).
