14. ABSTRACT
The procedures in this TOP describe the vehicle characteristics to be obtained during testing of wheeled and tracked
vehicles and their components. Physical characterization of test vehicles and their subsystems provides a profile that is
vital to the evaluation transportability, performance, and mobility studies. The data are also critical to dynamic model
development and evaluation.
