14. ABSTRACT
This TOP outlines various tests which can be performed to determine creep data for metals, plastics, fasteners, metal-
to-metal adhesives, and continuous fiber-reinforced ceramic composites. A general discussion of creep behavior in
materials is presented along with the selection criteria utilized for the various test methods. Common creep test
procedures and guidance are provided which includes test equipment requirements, test conduct, data processing,
data presentation, and data analysis techniques.
