HOLOER AND CUTTER, WRAPPIIIGPAPER
(9-IMCN DIAMETER PAPER ROLLS)
This specificationwas approved by the commissioner,Federal supply
Service, General Services Administration,for the use of all Federal
agencies.
SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION
1.1 z. This specificationcover one type holder and cutter for 9.inch diameter rolls
of wrapping paper.
1.2 Classification,
1.2.1 Classes, Holder and cutters covered by this specificationshall be furnished In the
following=,as specified (see 6.2):
Class A - Standing, for on-the-counteruse.
Class B - Hanging, for under the counter use.

, Class C - wall nmunted.
1.2.2 Sizes. The sizes of the holders and cutters covered by this specificationshall be
determined~he limiting dimensions of the largest paper roll which it will hold. All classes
shall be of the 9-inch diameter capacity and of the following lengths,as specified: 6, 9, 12,
15, 18, 20,24, 27, 30, 36, 40, or 48 inch.
