SEALS, ANTIPILFERAGE
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this
amenement that forms a part of FF-S-2738A, dated 30 MARCH 1999 by all
federal agencies.
PAGE 3
2.1.1: Delete the title “federal Specifications” and “QQ-S-781 – Strapping
Steel and Seals”.
2.2: Delete “ANSI Z1.4 – Samplling” and substitute with “QSC Z1.4 – Sampling
Procedure and Tables for inspection by Attributes”.
2.2, below ASTM F1158: Add “ASTM D3953 – Standard Specification for
Strapping, Flat Steel and Seals”.
