l.l Scope.
MS specificationcovers plain and reinforcedpaper tapes
suitable for sealing,
securing,and banding paper products and paperboard
containers (see 6.1).

The tapes covered by this specification
shall be of the follming types, grades
and chases as specified (see 6.2).
