FEDERAL SPECIFICATION
COATING, EPOXY, TWO COMPONENT, FOR INTERIOR
USE ON METAL, WOOD, WALLBOARD, PAINTED SURFACES
CONCRETE AND MASONRY
This specification was approved by the Commissioner, Federal Supply Service,
General Services Administration, for the use of all Federal agencies.
1. SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION
1.1 Scope. This specification covers a two-epoxy, epoxy coating for
interior use for producing a high gloss finish, extremely washable and
resistant to chemicals, stain and abrasion. The coating imparts a tile-like
finish.
1.2 Classification.
1.2.1 Types. The epoxy coating may be furnished in two types.
Type I - Clear
II - Pigmented

extent specified herein.
