This handbook implements and extends the guidance of Air Force Instruction 23-101, Air Force
Materiel Management, AFH 23-123 Materiel Management and AFMAN 23-122, Materiel
Management Procedures. It provides guidance on Logistics Readiness Squadron Supply Activity
and base organization/unit customer procedures and responsibilities. Criteria for items not
addressed in this handbook may be found in AFI 23-101, Air Force Materiel Management.

maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records,
and disposed of in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Records Information Management System
