This instruction implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 13-5, Air Force Nuclear Mission,
and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 13-520, Aircraft and ICBM Nuclear Operations. This instruction
defines roles, responsibilities, and minimum requirements for REACT mission-ready training
programs for employment of the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and
applies to 13N personnel assigned to Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), Twentieth Air
Force (20 AF) and AFGSC Missile Wings (MW). This instruction references the 532d Training
Squadron (532 TRS) when stated in the document. This instruction does not apply to Air Force
Reserve, Air National Guard or United States Space Force units. This instruction requires
collecting and maintaining information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by 10
USC § 8013. Privacy Act system notice number F036 AF PC C, Military Personnel Records
System, applies. Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office
of Primary Responsibility (OPR) in accordance with paragraph 1.5 Individual paragraphs to this
instruction may only be supplemented by 20 AF. Supplements will not be less restrictive than the
provisions of this publication and will be coordinated for Headquarters (HQ) AFGSC/A3T review
prior to certification and approval. Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to
the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority in accordance with paragraph 1.6 Ensure that all
records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance
with (IAW) AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and
disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records
