This instruction implements AFPD 13-5 Air Force Nuclear Mission. This instruction describes
procedures for the Wing Integrated Planning Cell to plan, schedule and de-conflict operations
occurring in, or affecting the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Missile Complex. It
applies to Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) at an AFGSC ICBM installation. This
publication does not apply to Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, United States Space Force,
or Civil Air Patrol units. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this
publication are maintained IAW Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and
Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information
Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS)” Refer recommended
changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using
the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Form 847s from the field
units through the appropriate functional area unit’s chain of command to HQ AFGSC/A4B, 841
Fairchild Ave., Building 5541, Suite 201, Barksdale AFB LA 71110. The authorities to waive
wing and unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a tier number (“T-0, T-1,
T-2, T-3”) following the compliance statement. See Department of the Air Force Instruction 33-
360, Publications and Forms Management, for a description of the authorities associated with the
Tier numbers. Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier
waiver approval authority. This publication may be supplemented at all levels. Any supplements
to this publication or stand-alone instructions that implement or augment the provisions of this
