AFI 10-201, Force Readiness Reporting, is supplemented as follows: This supplement provides
procedures for those areas listed in AFI 10-201 that require Major Command (MAJCOM)
direction. It applies to all Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) units. This supplement
applies to AFGSC-gained Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) units and Air National Guard
(ANG) only upon mobilization. The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this
publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance
statement. See AFI 33-360, Publications and Forms Management, Table 1.1 for a description of
the authorities associated with the Tier numbers. Requests for waivers must be submitted
through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waiver approval authority, or if a non-tiered
requirement, to the publication Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for consideration. This
publication may be supplemented at any level, but must coordinate the supplement with the
AFGSC Readiness Plans and Program Branch (AFGSC/A3OR) prior to issuance (publication).
Additionally, one copy of lower level Supplement must be sent to AFGSC/A3OR subsequent to
issuance (publication). Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the
OPR using the Air Force (AF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF
Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate Functional Area Manager’s (FAM) chain of
command. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication
are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of
Records, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS)
Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
