AFI10-2501, Air Force Emergency Management Program, is supplemented as follows: This
supplement establishes training standards for Air Force Global Strike Command Response Task
Force (RTF) at both the headquarters and wing level. Consult cited policy directives, instructions,
manuals and their supplements for specific policies, procedures and requirements. It applies to all
AFGSC NAFs and Wings, including Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command units
assigned to AFGSC. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this
publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management
of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Information Management
System (AFRIMS) Record Disposition Schedule (RDS). Refer recommended changes and
questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form
847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF847 through the appropriate
functional chain of command to AFGSC/A4C, 841 Fairchild Avenue, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110
or email to afgsca4cworkflow2@us.af.mil. This instruction may be supplemented at any level,
but all supplements must be routed to HQ AFGSC/A4CN for coordination prior to certification
and approval. The authority to waive wing/unit level requirements in this supplement is T-2. See
AFI33-360 Publications and Forms Management, Table 1.1. for specifics. Submit requests for
waivers for compliance items and exclusions to AFGSC/A4CN for review, coordination and
