AFI 11-101, Management Reports on the Flying Hour Program, dated 1 November 2002, is
supplemented as follows. This supplement requires AFGSC flying units to submit flying hour
program reports to ACC Headquarters as the Combat Air Forces (CAF) lead for the Flying Hour
Program (FHP). It applies to all AFGSC units and subordinate units which to which aircraft are
assigned. This publication does not apply to Air National Guard or Air Force Reserve Command
units and personnel. Contact supporting records managers as required. Refer recommended
changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR)
using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication, route AF Form 847s from
the field through the appropriate functional’s chain of command.
Ensure that all records created as a result of the processes prescribed in this publication are
maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records,
and disposed of in accordance with Air Force Records Information Management System
(AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located at https://www.my.af.mil/gcss-
af61a/afrims/afrims/. Contact supporting records managers as required. The use of the name or

2.7. (Added) Flying Hour Reports:
2.7.1. (Added) Aircraft Utilization Report (AUR). In order to verify and validate the
transferability of data between the IMDS and REMIS databases, HQ ACC/A3TB requires a
monthly AUR-B from the wing designated flying hour POC; the report will be an operations and
maintenance validated breakout of the sorties and hours loaded in IMDS. Reporting requirements
