This supplement implements and extends the guidance of Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-246V6,
Air Force Aircraft Demonstrations (C-17, C-130, C-141, C/KC/NKC-135, UH-1), 20 April 2004.
The AFI is published word-for-word without editorial review. This supplement describes
AFGSC procedures for use in conjunction with the basic AFI. This publication does not apply to
the Air Force Reserve or to Air National Guard units. Use this integrated supplement in lieu of
the Air Force basic publication.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are
maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records,
and disposed of in accordance with Air Force Records Information Management System
(AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located at https://www.my.af.mil/gcss-
af61a/afrims/afrims/. The use of the name or mark of any specific manufacturer, commercial
product, commodity, or service in this publication does not imply endorsement by the Air Force.
1.5. AFGSC units will use standard profiles as the primary method for demonstrating UH-1N
capabilities. If use of a non-standard profile is appropriate, units must submit requests and
justification through appropriate channels to HQ AFGSC/CC NLT 45 days prior to the event.
1.7. Recommended changes to the basic instruction (to include those addressed in paragraph
1.5.2.) will be submitted to HQ AFGSC/A3IH using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for
Change of Publication.
