AFMAN 10-206, Operational Reporting, is supplemented as follows: This supplement
prescribes MAJCOM operational reporting procedures for use in conjunction with AFMAN 10-
206, Operational Reporting. It applies to all AFGSC organizations and personnel, including
those in the AFGSC Command Center, CP, and Specialized Command and Control Elements
(SC2E). This instruction does not apply to Air National Guard (ANG) or Air Force Reserve
Command (AFRC) personnel. Further, it establishes availability requirements and associated
policies, responsibilities and procedures for personnel assigned to AFGSC. This publication may
not be supplemented or further implemented/extended. Refer recommended changes and
questions about this publication to HQ AFGSC/A3OC, Policy and Procedures, Office of Primary
Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication. The
authorities to waive wing, and unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a tier
number (“T-0, T-1, T-2, or T-3”) following the compliance statement. See AFI 33-360,
Publications and Forms Management, Table 1.1 for a description of the authorities associated
with the Tier numbers. Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the
appropriate tier waiver approval authority, utilizing guidance identified in AFI 33-360. Ensure
that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in
accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of
in accordance with the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Record
Disposition Schedule (RDS).
