his Guidance Memorandum continues and incorporates previously published guidance implemented
under DAFI21-101_AFGSCSUP. This change includes added procedures for aircraft loaded with Nuclear
Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) systems along with guidance for uninstalled engine
cannibalizations. These additions define the duties of those within the airborne NC3 enterprise and
incorporates Guidance Memorandum 2022-01 to enhance coordination with depot facilities to mitigate
depot engine repair delays and supply chain impacts. The result of this effort will maximize operational
readiness for Air Force Global Strike Command and its units.
