SUBJECT: Air Force Global Strike Command Guidance Memorandum to
DoDM5200.01V3_DAFMAN16-1404V3, Information Security Program: Protection of
Classified Information
By order of the Commander Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), this
Guidance Memorandum is the first instance of a to-be published AFGSC supplement. This
memorandum immediately implements changes to DoDM5200.01V3_AFAMN 16-1404,
Volume 3, Information Security Program: Protection of Classified Information.
Compliance with this memorandum is mandatory. To the extent its directions are
inconsistent with other AFGSC publications, the information herein prevails, in accordance
with DAFI 90-160, Publications and Forms Management.
The attachment contains guidance pertaining to the AFGSC Information
Security Program and supersedes DoDM5200.01V3_AFMAN16-
1404V3_AFGSCSUP_AFGSCGM 2021-01, 9 December 2021. The following
changes are effective immediately.
This guidance applies to individuals at all levels, including Air Force Reserve
and Air National Guard (ANG) personnel assigned or attached to AFGSC units.
Publications and forms are available on the e-Publishing web site at www.e-
publishing.af.mil for downloading or ordering. There are no releasability restrictions
on this publication. Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication
through your chain of command to OPR, AFGSC/IP, using the AF Form 847,
Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field
through the appropriate functional chain of command. This publication may be
supplemented at any level, but all supplements must be routed to the OPR of this
publication for coordination prior to certification and approval. Ensure that all records
created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in
accordance with (IAW) AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information
Governance Program, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information
Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS). The authorities
to waive wing and unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a tier
number (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) following the compliance statement. See DAFMAN
