This Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) implements Department of the Air Force
Policy Directive (DAFPD) 16-2, Disclosure of Military Information to Foreign Governments and
International Organizations. This publication applies to all United States Department of the Air
Force (DAF) civilian employees and uniformed members, including Regular Air Force, Space
Force, Air Force Reserve, and the Air National Guard. Ensure all records generated as a result of
processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records
Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air
Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the DAF Records Information
Management System. Refer recommended changes about this publication to the office of primary
responsibility (OPR), the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Foreign
