This instruction implements AFPD 90-6, Air Force Strategy, Planning, Programming, Budgeting,
and Execution (SPPBE) Process. This instruction provides guidance and procedures for the
AFMC Corporate Structure. It does not apply to the Air Force Reserve or Air National Guard,
other than specific references herein to participation by the AFMC Air Force Reserve Advisor and
AFMC Air National Guard Advisor. The AFMC Corporate Structure is comprised of the AFMC
Panels, AFMC Group, AFMC Board, AFMC Council, and AFMC Executive Session. Roles and
responsibilities of the AFMC Chairs, Members, and Secretariat are described within. Refer
recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility
(OPR) using the Air Force (AF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication. This
publication may be supplemented at any level, but all direct supplements must be routed to the
OPR of this publication for coordination before certification and approval. Ensure all records
created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with
(IAW) AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed
of IAW the AF Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition
