Contract Specialist
Contract Specialists with USACE will be involved in
awarding contracts and serving as decision-makers and key
critical players in the planning and execution of
Corps
projects. The National Contracting Organization represents
the Corps in all contractual matters, and provides world
class contracting support to ensure successful execution
of USACE mission requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications vary according to the job description.
Qualified candidates must possess a 4-year course of
study leading to a bachelor’s degree that included or
was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any
combination of the following fields: accounting, business,
finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial
management, marketing, quantitative methods, or
organization and management.
