This publication defines the mission and responsibilities of the ANGs Combat Readiness
Training Centers
This Air National Guard Instruction (ANGI) implements the ANG Combat Readiness Training
Center (CRTC) program which provides Air National Guard airmen the opportunity to enhance
war fighting skills and complete requirements that cannot be obtained through home station
training. It also outlines and applies the roles and responsibilities of the Air National Guard Air,
Space, and Cyber Operations Director (NGB/A3), OTI, Exercises, Nuclear, International Affairs
Division (NGB A2/3/6/10T), Training Center Commanders, and Air National Guard Wing
Commanders. It will assist commands at all levels to identify AFS skill level training that can be
accomplished at the CRTCs. This instruction further implements and establishes criteria for
training In Accordance With (IAW); Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew
Operations; Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-2, Mission Design Series (MDS) Specific; AFI 11-
202 series; AFI 10-706, Electronic Warfare; AFI 10-201, Force Readiness Reporting; AFI 10-
244, Reporting Status of Air and Space Expeditionary Forces; ANGH 32-1084. Refer
