USACE BUSINESS PROCESS
1. Purpose. This regulation establishes policy and doctrine to accomplish all work performed
by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
2. Applicability. This regulation applies to all USACE activities, all USACE employees, and
all functions.
3. Distribution. Approved for public release, distribution is unlimited.
