U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS ENVIRONMENTAL AND MUNITIONS
MANDATORY CENTER OF EXPERTISE
1. Purpose. This regulation defines the mission and the organization of the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers (USACE) Environmental and Munitions Mandatory Center of Expertise
(EM CX).
2. Applicability. This regulation is applicable to all HQUSACE elements, divisions,
districts, laboratories and field operating activities.
