STEERING COMMITTEE ON COST ENGINEERING
1. Purpose. This regulation prescribes the objectives, composition, and responsibilities of the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Steering Committee on Cost Engineering.
2. Applicability. This regulation applies to Headquarters USACE (HQUSACE) elements,
major subordinate commands (MSC), districts, laboratories, centers, and field operating activities
(FOA) concerned with military programs, civil works, and environmental cost engineering.
3. Distribution Statement. Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited.
