1.
Purpose. This regulation provides guidance and procedures supplementing the Uniform
Regulations at
49
CFR Part 24, which implement the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real
Property Acquisition Policies Act
of
1970,
as
amended, codified at 42 U.S.C. Section 4601, et
seq., the
"Uniform Act".
2.
Applicability. This Regulation applies to all Divisions and Districts having a real estate
mission and real estate responsibilities.
3.
Distribution Statement. This regulation is approved for public release; distribution is
unlimited.
