PLANNING-MILITARY
1. Purpose. This regulation sets forth the authority, policy, responsibility and delegations for
Military-Planning for the acquisition of real property for use by the Department of the Army.
For military real property, this regulation implements Department of Defense Directive (DoDD)
Number 4165.06, Subject: Real Property and AR 140-483.
2. Applicability. This Regulation applies to all Divisions and Districts having a real estate
mission and real estate responsibilities.
3. Distribution Statement. This regulation is approved for public release; distribution is
unlimited.
