2. Revise paragraph 9.b, Design-Build Contracting Methods

Delete:

b. For new contracts, the solicitation may be advertised and conducted under full and open

competition or may be conducted as a competitive Small Business Set-aside for the various small

business programs under FAR Part 19. When establishing new IDC MATOCs, a pool or pools

of contractors may be established to support appropriate small business awards along with

unrestricted contract awards.

Insert:
