REISSUANCE AND PURPOSE
This Directive:
1.1. Reissues reference (a).
1.2. Replaces references (b) and (c).
1.3. Implements reference (d).
1.4. Authorizes the update of DoD Directive 5100.73 (reference (e)) to provide
further guidance for the implementation of this Directive.
