Use/Relationship: The Binned Material List will provide the government with the
documentation required to conduct quality assurance verifications of storeroom inventory
accuracy prior to Ship Delivery.
This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable
resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
Requirements:
1. Format. The Binned Material List shall be in the Contractor’s format.
2. Content. The Binned Material List shall contain the following:
a. Customer Order Acquisition Record (COAR)/ Material Group
b. Document Number
c. Allowance Parts List (APL)
d. Cognizance Code (COG)
e. Federal Supply Classification (FSC)
f. National Stock Number (NSN)
g. Shelf Life Code (SLC)
