Use/Relationship: The Shipboard Outfitting Material Status Report provides the Government
with the documentation required to monitor the receipt of Government Furnished Material
(GFM) and Contractor Furnished Material (CFM) outfitting material.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for
the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirements as delineated from the
work task described in the solicitation.
This DID supersedes DI-ILSS-80948.
Requirements:
1. Reference Documents. Not applicable.
2. Format. The Shipboard Outfitting Material Status Report shall be in the Contractor’s format.
3. Content. The report shall consist of the following sections: GFM or CFM summary statistics,
Listing of missing or damaged material, and CFM deficiency status listing. Each section of the
report shall include the information outlined below.
3.1.1 Government Furnished Material and Contractor Furnished Material summary statistics.
This section of the report shall contain the information listed below. The range of material shall
be identified as the number of different line items vice requisitions or purchase orders of material
required, ordered, and received.
