DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE INTEROPERABILITY STANDARD
Army Tactical Data Link -1 (ATDL-1) Message Standard (U)
MIL-STD-6013A is UNCLASSIFIED and contains the Army tactical data link - 1 (ATDL-
1) message standard. The purpose of this document is to provide a standardized set of
ATDL-1 messages for DoD use.
MIL-STD-6013A, dated 01 March 1997, has been reviewed and determined to be valid
for use in acquisition.
As authorized by DISA-GE332 the DoD controlling office for this MIL-STD, the
distribution restriction of this military standard has been lowered from “D” to “C”
(restricted to the federal government and its contractors). All allied releases of this
standard continue to require a foreign disclosure authorization.
ASSIST can provide copies of MIL-STD-6013A to federal employees. Federal
contractors may obtain a copy of this MIL-STD from their government POC who can
access ASSIST. The PA is not responsible for distribution.
