SUBJECT: Air Force Global Strike Command Guidance Memorandum(GM) to AFGSCI 13-
5201v2, Rapid Execution and Combat Targeting (REACT) Crew Standardization and Evaluation.
By order of the Director of Operations and Communications, Air Force Global Strike
Command (AFGSC), this Guidance Memorandum immediately changes AFGSCI 13-5201V2, Rapid
Execution and Combat Targeting (REACT) Crew Standardization and Evaluation. This guidance
memorandum incorporates the following changes: references the REACT Training and Standards
Memorandums; clarifies requirements when developing evaluation scenarios and evaluating crews;
refines the Stan/Eval Board, Clarification of Guidance, and Waiver processes; clarifies roles and
responsibilities to include adding guidance on squadron evaluators; updates contact information;
clarifies evaluator training requirements; and removes references to field or LCC evaluations.
Compliance with this memorandum is mandatory. To the extent its directions are
inconsistent with other AFGSC publications, the information herein prevails, IAW DAFMAN 90-
161, Publishing Processes and Procedures. The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in
this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance
statement. See DAFMAN 90-161, for a description of the associated authorities. Submit requests for
waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, through the
publication OPR. This memorandum becomes void after one-year has elapsed from the date of this
memorandum, or upon publication of an Interim Change or rewrite of the affected publication,
whichever is earlier.
