1. During the month of September 2008 the _______________ ABL was inspected. The
following corrective actions to the findings have or will be completed:
PART A: CRITICAL DEFECTS.
FINDING: Current FY09 Letter of Authorization (LOA) is not broken down to Detachment
level.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Request for FY09LOA was submitted to Company on 25 March
2009.
PART B: MAJOR DEFECTS.
FINDING: No POC for unit ammo and local Ordnance Company memo.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Complete.
FINDING: No current list of UBL/AMA from property book on hand.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Complete.
FINDING: No Stored Basic Load (SBL) Packet.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Waiting for FY09 LOA from.
FINDING: No current storage agreement with host unit.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Work in progress expect to be completed NLT 30 April 2009.
FINDING: No current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
