Military Police Company (Guard) Policy Letter No. 2 - Barracks
Visitation and Conduct Policy
1. PURPOSE: To establish and provide guidance concerning unit barracks visitation
policies/procedures.
2. APPLICABILITY: This policy applies to all soldiers assigned/attached to the 110
th
Military Police Company (Guard). This policy constitutes a direct order and violations
are punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
3. POLICY: All soldiers assigned/attached to this unit and visitors to unit areas will
comply with the provisions of this policy and other applicable regulations and directives.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS: Barracks visitation is a privilege granted by the
Commander and will remain in effect as long as each soldier and their guests maintain
appropriate standards of conduct.
a. Personnel residing in the billets are authorized guest visitation privileges.
b. Personnel living in the barracks will be permitted to have visitors during the
following hours:
(1) Duty days before another duty date: 1700-2400
(2) Duty days before non-duty days: 1700-0200
(3) Non-duty day before a duty day: 1000-2400
(4) Non-duty day before non-duty day: 1000-0200
