This supplement implements and extends the guidance of AFMAN 11-202V1, 27 Sep 2019. If
guidance in this supplement conflicts with AFMAN 11-202V1, use the more restrictive guidance
unless otherwise noted. This supplement applies to Air Force District of Washington (AFDW)
commanders, operations supervisors, and aircrews assigned or attached to AFDW for flying. This
publication does not apply to Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and Air National Guard
(ANG) units. Ensure that all records created as a result of this supplement are maintained and
disposed of in accordance with AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance
Program, and the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located in the Air Force Records
Information Management System. The Privacy Act of 1974 applies to certain information
gathered pursuant to this instruction. The Privacy Act System Number F011 AF XO A, Aviation
Resource Management System (ARMS) covers required information.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
This document has been substantially revised and must be completely reviewed. Changes include:
publication type change (Air Force Instruction (AFI) to AFMAN), updating contact information
to reflect new organizational structure, and updating waiver routing processing.
