AFMAN 11-2UH-1N, Vol 1, 14 November 2018 is supplemented as follows. This supplement
prescribes specific guidance for Air Force District Washington (AFDW) commanders, training
managers, supervisors, and aircrews operating UH-1N helicopters. This supplement does not
apply to Air National Guard (ANG) or Air Reserve Command (ARC) units. HQ AFDW/A3/5/6,
1500 West Perimeter Road, Suite 5370, must approve any supplement to this publication. Ensure
that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in
accordance with AFMAN 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with
the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located in the Air Force Records Information
Management System (AFRIMS). Refer recommended changes and questions about this
publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF IMT 847,
Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF IMT 847s from the field through the
appropriate functional’ s chain of command.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
This supplement is substantially revised and must be completely reviewed. This supplement
incorporates Tier waiver authorities (T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3) included for all mandated unit
compliance items (Wing level and below) as prescribed by AFI 33-360, Publication and Forms
Management.
