1. PURPOSE
This Instruction implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes
procedures under reference (a) for the selection of matriculants to the F. Edward
Hébert School of Medicine (SOM) programs and the Graduate School of Nursing
(GSN) program at the USUHS.
2. APPLICABILITY AND SCOPE
This Instruction applies to:
2.1. The Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Military Departments, and the
USUHS.
2.2. The Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board
