Standard MIL-STD-1408, dated 1 December 1978 is hereby canceled and replaced by
the following American Petroleum Institute 8u1letins:
8ULL 2516 Evaporation Loss from Low-Pressure Tanks.
BULL 2517 Evaporation Loss from External Floating-Roof Tanks.
8ULL 2518 Evaporation Loss from Fixed-Roof Tanks.
BULL 2519 Evaporation Loss from Internal Floating-Roof Tanks
