1. Purpose
a. To establish regulations
governing
:
(1) Appointment of officers in the Judge Advocate
General's Corps (JAGC), including appointment in the Active
Component under references (a) and (b), in the Reserve Component
under reference (c), and in either component through inter-
Service transfer from another uniformed Service under reference
(d).
(2) Voluntary recall of officers of the JAGC to the
active duty list (ADL).
(3) Award of entry grade credit upon appointment in the
JAGC under sections 533 and 12207 of reference (e) and reference
(f).
