1. Purpose. To establish policy and assign responsibilities
concerning the provision of counseling services and the
credentials review and privileging of clinical providers within
the Department of the Navy (DON) Family Readiness Programs in
accordance with references (a) through (l). These programs
include the Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) and
Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS). This instruction is a
complete revision and should be reviewed in its entirety.
