This publication implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew Operations and
AFPD 11-4, Aviation Service. It is used in conjunction with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 11-202,
Volume 2, Aircrew Standardization/Evaluation Program. It establishes evaluation criterion for
initial and periodic aircrew qualification for all EC-130H COMPASS CALL aircraft. This
publication applies to all Regular Air Force (RegAF) COMPASS CALL units on active duty. This
publication does not apply to Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve or United States Space Force.
