SUBJECT: Air Combat Command Guidance Memorandum to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 23-
101_ACCSUP, Materiel Management Policy.
By Order of the Commander, Air Combat Command (COMACC), AFI 23-
101_ACCSUP, Materiel Management Policy, is re-designated Department of the Air Force
Instruction (DAFI) 23-101_ACCSUP, and this ACC Guidance Memorandum (GM) immediately
implements changes to DAFI 23-101_ACCSUP. Compliance with this Memorandum is
mandatory. To the extent its direction is inconsistent with other Air Force publications, the
information herein prevails, in accordance with DAFI 90-160, Publications and Forms
Management.
This GM highlights an additional requirement for Equipment Accountability Elements to
ensure certain Data Elements are updated in DPAS. This guidance is applicable to all uniformed
members, civilian employees, and or contracted service providers, as applicable within Air
Combat Command.
This memorandum becomes void after one year has elapsed from the date of this
memorandum, or upon publication of an IC or rewrite of DAFI23-101_ACCSUP, whichever is
earlier.
