This instruction implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 90-1, Policy Formation, and
describes Global Reach Planning Center (GRPC) Policy and Procedures for scheduling and
utilizing the GRPC. It applies to all organizations that use the GRPC facility, including active
duty, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, joint and unified commands, and nonmilitary
organizations. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this
publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363,
Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Information Management
System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS). Refer recommended changes and
questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using Air Force
Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Form 847s from the field
through the appropriate functional’s chain of command. This publication may not be
supplemented or further implemented/ extended at any level, but all direct Supplements must be
routed to the OPR of this publication for coordination prior to certification and approval. Submit
requests for waivers or recommendations for changes to the OPR. The use of the name or mark
of any specific manufacturer, commercial product, commodity, or service in this publication
does not imply endorsement by the Air Force.
