This instruction implements AFMAN 10-206, Operational Reporting, dated 18 June 2018 is
supplemented as follow. This supplement applies to all Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) assigned
forces. It requires Commanders to utilize the operational reporting process to inform HQ PACAF
of events that warrant Commander PACAF notification (as identified in Figure 9.1). This
publication does not apply to the U.S. Air Force Reserve or the Air National Guard and their
units, unless it is a CP Association unit. The reporting requirements in this directive is exempt
from licensing IAW AFI 33-324, paragraph 2.11.10, The Information Collections and Reports
Management; Controlling Internal, Public, and Interagency Air Force Information Collections.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary
Responsibility (OPR) using Air Force Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication;
route AF Form 847 from the field through the appropriate functional’s chain of command. This
publication requires the collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy
Act (PA) of 1974. The authorities to collect and/or maintain the records prescribed in this
publication are Title 10 United States Code, Section 8013, Executive Order 9397, and AFMAN
10-207. This supplement is affected by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1974 as amended in
