SUBJECT: Pacific Air Forces Guidance Memorandum to Department of the Air Force Manuel 11-
401_Pacific Air Forces Command (PACAF) Supplement, Flying Operations
By Order of the Commander, Pacific Air Forces, this guidance memorandum immediately
implements changes to DAFMAN11-401_PACAFSUP, Flying Operations. Compliance with this
memorandum is mandatory. To the extent its directions are inconsistent with other PACAF
publications, the information herein prevails, in accordance with (IAW) Department of the Air
Force Instruction 33-360, Publications and Forms Management. The below additions to DAFMAN
11-401_PACAFSUP, dated 30 July 2021, are effective immediately.
This change is required to provide updated guidance regarding the Aviation Support Flying
Program (ASFP), the United Kingdom Royal Air Force aircrew flying in USAF aircrafts and to
correct PACAF/A312 email address throughout the publication.
This memorandum becomes void after one-year has elapsed from the date of this
memorandum, or upon publication of an interim change or rewrite of the affected publication,
whichever is earlier.
