Use/relationship: The Cost Summary Report will be used to monitor the contractor’s costs
incurred on individual tasks assigned as specified in the contract.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and preparation instructions for
the data product resulting from the work task specified in the contract.
Requirements:
1. Format. The Cost Summary Report shall be in the contractor’s format.
2. Content. The Cost Summary Report shall include:
a. Name, hull number, and location of ship worked on.
b. Start and completion dates.
c. Identity and cost of individual task(s), equipment, and personnel utilized.
d. Total cost.
e. Remarks.
f. Signatures of contractor and Government personnel.
3. Media Requirements. The Ship Cost Summary Report shall be in Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
