Use/relationship:
The Equipment Inspection and Testing Report contains the results of all equipment
receiving acceptance inspection and testing and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)
and/or qualification testing.
The report is used to evaluate accept/reject rate during acceptance testing, ESS and/or
qualification and corrective actions taken.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation
instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task equipment for
this data included in the contract.
This DID supercedes DI-NDTI-81583.
Requirements:
1. Reference documents. None.
2. Format:
The report shall be in contractor’s format.
3. Content:
The Equipment Inspection and Testing Report shall be prepared from accept/failure
data collected during equipment qualification and/or production testing. The report
shall contain the following:
