Use/relationship: The Technical Publications Report provides the Government a complete
listing of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE)
Technical Manuals that are to be loaded into the Ship’s LAN by the Contractor.
This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable
resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
Requirements:
1. Format. The Technical Publications Report shall be in contractor’s format.
3. Content. The Technical Publications Report shall contain the following:
a. Technical Manual Identification Number (TMIN)
b. Publication Title
c. Current Revision
d. Current Changes
e. Publication Date
f. Publication Status
e. Security Classification
f. National Stock Number (NSN)
g. Volume Identification (ID)
h. Hierarchical Structure Code (HSC)
i. Equipment Listing:
(1) Allowance Parts List (APL)
(2) Allowance Equipage List (AEL)
j. Equipment Furnished:
(1) CFE
(2) GFE
