Purpose: In accordance with the authority in DoD Directives (DoDDs) 5144.02 and 8140.01 and
Sections 303 and 304 of Public Law 114-113, this issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities,
and provides guidance for the identification, tracking, data collection, and reporting requirements of
DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) work roles.
